Visa-free entry to Russia is possible for citizens of the following countries: Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Moldavia, Mongolia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia.

Citizens of other countries need to obtain a visa invitation and get a humanitarian visa. A visa invitation processing is organized by Samara National Research University.

To get a visa invitation, please, fill in a Visa invitation form  and send it together with scanned copies of your travel passport pages (two-page spread – a page with your photo and previous one as one image. Do not scan pages separately!), and a passport extension page (if any) to the Conference Secretary dvmssau@gmail.com before May 15, 2024.

Your travel passport should be valid for at least 180 days from the date of your entry to Russia!

Note: Such early date is set because of lengthy procedure of processing a visa invitation for citizens of some countries (about two months). You will need additional time for visa processing at Russian consulate. The conference organizers are ready to answer your questions about visa invitation.
